Of course great food. I ALWAYS pick great food. Atmosphere is is a bonus, not a requirement. The main purpose of dining out is so I can eat good satisfying food. I can spend a great time with the people at lounges, coffee shops, etc with a nice atmosphere after, but the dining has to be on good food, especially that I am paying for it. The worst experience going to this nice fancy place, paying over 50$ and having bland food. I feel ripped off. If you cant make good food, dont open a restaurant. I think any real food lovers will pick good food over nice atmosphere with mediocre food.
